My name is Natasha and I’m a 17 year old vegetarian from New Zealand. I live in the middle of nowhere and although it may be fabulous for taking photos of obscure nonsense things, it is perfectly horrid when you try to have a social life that is more than when you occasionally travel to school. I like to think I have a simple life that is routinely boring and revolves around photography and trying to make the next payment so that I do not fall into the treacherous category of one of ‘them’ who are in debt. But I guess my lack of money is due to my healthy piercing addiction and thrifting that takes up the majority of my spare time if I am not photographing or lying on the ground.
I like photography. Let’s make that clear so that no one can get confused because believe me, some people do. Photography is amazing and interesting; it also uses a lot of creativity. Of course I use to have creativity and plenty of it but it seems to have drained away now that I need it. Instead I now spend an hour each day looking though photography books- because my teacher has given up on me, to find pretty photos that capture me. I then lock them away in some vault in my head so that they can roll around a bit and come out differently. Let’s see how I go!
